Ashu Gosain is primarily responsible for various Accounting, Taxation, Deals, Valuations and Business Support Services and is actively providing solutions to the clients in relation to Deals Advisory and Funding Assistance, Tax Advisory, Compliance and Litigation Support, Accounting Solutions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Government and Regulatory Assistances etc. He comes with a 15+ years of an enriched experience in handling complex Accounting, Taxation and Regulatory matters for various Domestic and International clients while working with Big 4 consulting firms in India and United States. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a Fellow member of ICAI, has done his B.com (H) from the Delhi University and US tax certification course from University of Southern California, Los Angeles.

Sandeep Nagpal

Sandeep Nagpal is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.), a commerce graduate from Delhi University and a member of the ITAT Bar Association, New Delhi. He comes up with a 15+ years of rich experience of working with Big 4 and Tier-1 firms. He has extensively worked on various complex Tax and Regulatory issues for multinational clients, including NGOs. His focus area of practice is GST, Transfer Pricing, and International Taxation. He has expertise in Dispute Resolution, Tax/ Regulatory Litigation support and has represented various clients at different appellate forums/ resolution panels.

Sonal Arora

Sonal Arora is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has done MBA (Finance) and has done B.Com (Hons.) from University of Delhi. He possess enriching 15+ years experience in advising clients on complex accounting, tax and regulatory matters and has worked with global leading consulting firms until 2019 (including 2 years in PwC’s London office). He focuses on financial planning, treasury, financial reporting and statutory compliances, and provides outsourced CFO services to various clients of ACQUILA. Given his vast experience in international taxation, he also advises multinational clients tax issues in cross border transactions.

Harinder Manaktala

Harinder Manaktala is responsible for handling Internal Audit, SOX Compliances, Personal Taxation (with focus on expatriates taxation), payroll matters, social security compliances and global mobility issues. He comes up with a 13+ years of rich experience of working with Big 4 consulting firms. Before being a part of ACQUILA, he has extensively worked on secondment structuring including outbound assignment structuring and matters relating to deputation (inbound and outbound) covering income-tax, foreign exchange, social security and immigration.
